  • Nice small shop with varieties pack of nasi, local kuih and fritters. Locals come early like 7.30am for breakfast. Teh C and Cham C ok. Friendly owner and quick service. Normal pricing for food. Parking in front of shop.

  • The best breakfast experience ive had over the year! Being a Malaysian chinese in a multi cultural environment, does caused you to forget your roots sometimes. Being here the atmosphere is really lively and makes me feel like home. The Boss is really friendly, should he recommends something at you, just take it and u wont regret it! What i had: White Rice with Chicken Curry x1 The meat is really tender and the curry's taste and fragrant is spot on! Mochi with Nuts Filling x2 Texture of the Mochi is perfect with yummy fillings too Custard Puff x6 Yummy and is not too filling as its small in size 6 in 1 plastic container Hot Barley x1 Standard and the sweetness is above the norm but still nice Oh and by the way, i learned that locals here have sweet tooth! Hence you'll notice there's a small bottled sugar on the table for the customer to increase the sweetness of their food / beverages if not enough

  • Roti Bakar was airy, soft but crunchy with a good dollop of butter/marjarine. I dipped it in soft boiled egg.

  • Nice quaint and quiet coffeeshop. Where mostly chinese patronise in KB. Owner is a very friendly and feels like a family uncle. Food is good. Had nasi lemak, soft-boiled eggs, toast, curry puff, coffee and milo. Nasi lemak rice is the type that I love, including the sambal which was spicy ikan bilis and was slightly sweet. Goes really well with the aromatic rice. Toast was well toasted, crisp exterior, sweet fragrant kaya interior. Curry puff had a crispy crust stuffed with a slight sweet curried potatoes including a half of an egg. The bite made me go wow. Last but not least, the drinks were well made. Thick and not too sweet. Can ask for less sweet or no sugar if sweetness doesn't sit well with you. Worth a visit if in KB for breakfast. Nostalgic malaysian culture at its best.
